SPECIFICATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF

Paintings of (1)_____________________________________________________ in order to upgrade the treated material to reaction to fire Class 1 (CNVVF/UNI 9796)

The product CYCLE FIREBLOCK® F.1 can be applied by (2)_________________

The cycle will be applied as follows:
A) Careful preparation of the wooden surface and humidity control (approx. 12%). The work surfaces must be free of dust, grease, oil, silicon and other substances that may compromise the perfect adherence of the paint. Existing paint coats must be removed by sandblasting.

B) Application of a 200 g/m2 (100g part A + 100g part B carefully mixed) coat of FIREBLOCK® F.1 paint. After approx. 3 hours, sanding and application of a second 200 g/m2 coat (100g part A + 100g part B carefully mixed). After the complete drying process of the last coat, sanding and application of a 100 g/m2 coat of STARGUM CLEAR. The total quantity of paint applied, therefore, amounts to 500 g/m2 distributed over three coats.

Application of the CYCLE FIREBLOCK® F.1 costs €_______________ per m² including materials. Labour and the preparation of the support are not included.
The CYCLE FIREBLOCK® F.1 is accompanied by Ministerial Approval issued by the Central Technical Service of the Home Office in Rome. The applicator must issue a declaration that the above protective materials have been correctly applied.

1) Indicate the type of wood support to treat (wall, matchboard, false ceiling) and the quality of the wood.

2) Indicate the application system used (spray, brush, roller, etc.)
